Reflection :)
The photo I chose to emulate was taken by Nicholas Nixon. It is a picture of a man's palm with a ring shown on his middle finger. I emulated this picture by taking a picture of my right hand then changing the photo to black and white using a program on my computer. The main flaw of my emulation is the shadowing. The original photo has more intense shadowing on the palm but my ands are too skinny to look like big manly, lumpy hands. Plus it was super hard to take the picture with the perfect zoom with my left hand!
